Billing and refunds
Kultarr subscriptions are sold through Paddle, which acts as merchant of record. For a purchase processed through Paddle, the receipt Paddle emails you has a link to manage it, and Paddle’s buyer support is at paddle.net. You can also write to the billing address above with your order or receipt details. The Refund Policy explains how refunds and cancellations work.
Reporting a security issue
The Responsible Disclosure policy says what is in scope and how to report it, and security.txt gives the encryption key.
