This policy explains how refunds and cancellations work for Kultarr purchases. It is consistent with section 14 of the Kultarr Terms of Service, which governs if the two ever differ.
1. What this policy covers
Kultarr. is offered as a paid subscription to a hosted software service. Paid subscriptions are sold through Paddle (Paddle.com Market Limited and its affiliates), which acts as merchant of record and authorised reseller for purchases processed through it. The price, billing period, renewal terms, cancellation method and any statutory cancellation rights are shown at checkout before you confirm a purchase.
Kultarr is a monthly software subscription. This policy applies to every Kultarr subscription purchase, and to any purchase made under an order form unless the order form says otherwise.
The free trial is free of charge and does not convert into a paid subscription automatically, so no payment is taken for it and there is nothing to refund.
2. Purchases processed through Paddle
Where a purchase is processed through Paddle, Paddle acts as merchant of record, and refund, cancellation and statutory withdrawal requests relating to that transaction are handled in accordance with Paddle’s applicable Buyer Terms and Refund Policy (https://www.paddle.com/legal/refund-policy).
For a purchase processed through Paddle, Paddle handles payment, invoicing, sales taxes, subscription billing, cancellations and refunds for that transaction, and Paddle’s Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) also apply to it as a separate agreement between you and Paddle.
3. When a refund is available
Except where required by applicable law, expressly agreed in an order form, approved through Paddle’s applicable refund process, or where a payment was made in error, purchases are generally non-refundable.
Cancelling a subscription stops future renewal charges. It does not by itself entitle you to a refund or credit for a service period that has already started.
4. Your statutory rights
Nothing in the Kultarr Terms of Service or Refund Policy limits any mandatory consumer right that cannot legally be waived, including a statutory cancellation or withdrawal right.
5. How to request a refund or cancellation
- For a purchase processed through Paddle: use the link in the receipt email Paddle sends you, or contact Paddle’s buyer support at https://paddle.net.
- For a purchase made under an order form, or if you need help with a Paddle purchase: write to ofirbe@kultarr.io with your order or receipt details.
